I'm currently at a Planet Fitness the dumbbells only go to 75 , that's what I use. They don't even have proper benches or squat racks.
After the Jan 1 I'll be going to a more hardcore gym , maybe do a Lil powerlifting for a month or two
hate that place , I swear they have their equipment designed to be angled just right so its uncomfortable and may cause pain. this way it discourages people from building up.
Crunch has free weights and don't get pissy about making noise
I know several guys that have torn rotator cuffs. No income for 6 months and probably lose my job- that worries me.
I have always done rotator cuff exercises . They are a real bitch if u injure those
Yeah, Rot Cuffs, Lower Back, and Hip Flexors are "non-glamour muscles" that are often overlooked but really should be looked after if one is going to continue to train into old age.

RIP There are no free weights for squats, deadlift, overhead press, bench etc. You need to use the smith machine which promotes bad form.
PF has lots of injury machines. I see people doing things that hurt me to watch.
Yeah because you don't need to learn form at all so people just see a seat and a pulley and think it works this way when it doesn't. There are videos of this and it's funny but depressing.
They only go to 75? Are you in the chick side?
