Hey faggots , I'm an old fart , and work a blue collar physically demanding job. Worked 12 hours yesterday. The first thing I'm doing this morning is going the gym and hit the iron.

If an old fart like me can work 50-60 hours a week and still.work out regularly you can too.

Train your body and mind to be tough and resilient. Who gives a fuck how you feel. I feel like eating a big breakfast and going back to sleep , but instead I'll be doing Squats , and Back, Rear delts and biceps.

Push yourself , exceed your self imposed limits.

I'm currently at a Planet Fitness the dumbbells only go to 75 , that's what I use. They don't even have proper benches or squat racks.

After the Jan 1 I'll be going to a more hardcore gym , maybe do a Lil powerlifting for a month or two

hate that place , I swear they have their equipment designed to be angled just right so its uncomfortable and may cause pain. this way it discourages people from building up.

I know several guys that have torn rotator cuffs. No income for 6 months and probably lose my job- that worries me.

I have always done rotator cuff exercises . They are a real bitch if u injure those

RIP There are no free weights for squats, deadlift, overhead press, bench etc. You need to use the smith machine which promotes bad form.
