Some employers will pay, some won’t, some will mandate a vaccine to avoid the headache and fines and hopefully they’re generous with the exemptions. People will be fired for not being able to afford the tests or will be denied an exemption, they’ll be blackmailed into the jab or quit.

Biden has told everyone once all workplaces are rid of the unvaxxed the lazy people will go back to work because right now they’re scared to be around unvaxxed coworkers and the labor shortage will disappear. What a great vaccine, it should be the other way around.

Also, this is a temporary rule, a permanent rule must be put in place within 6 months and this is what they’re pushing for in the permanent rule.

  1. Forcing it on employers with under 100 employees.
  2. Forcing fully vaccinated people to be masked.
  3. No exceptions for prior immunity.
  4. Getting rid of testing as an alternative to vaccination.
  5. Testing more than weekly.
  6. Higher standards for masks.

So even if you get to test for 6 months it may be removed and to stay employed you’ll need a vax or exemption. And if you try to move to a company with less then 100 people, too bad the rules now apply to you also.

And your cloth mask is gone, you’ll be wearing a full face n95 respirator like they did to the unvaxxed healthcare workers in Oregon but they all got laid off instead and are still fighting. Of course this is part of “build back better” everything must be destroyed. Welcome to the Weimar Republic.
