Heard a story about a guy in IT security. They screwed him over, I forget how. On the way out he mentioned it would be a shame if there was a backdoor or something. Suggesting he may have put one there... He didn't put a backdoor in, but they spent tens of thousands looking for it.

LOL once I found out the comment form on the port authority website didn't sanitize input. How no one else found that out I have no clue. Anyway, I stupidly informed them. Their solution? Simply remove all punctuation from the input. But they didn't do it with the built-in functions to strip certain characters. They made custom strip functions. Even though it was ASP.NET on SQL Server, so there were already data sanitizing functions available from their programming base.

Even better is to upload trojans that periodically delete huge batches of files...particularly ones you've written. This way even if they copy over all your work onto backup servers, a well written trojan will simply go along for the ride and continue deleting.

Ya I've told people this but it should have been obvious. These companies ARE BLOWING THEIR EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS OUT-OF-THE-FUCKING-WATER. Even if they remain they will LOATH working there and be searching for a new company asap. And that's even the ones who got the vaccine of "their own volition".

I shared a house with a vietnamese guy who worked for AT&T in Chicago. They told him he was getting an end of year bonus so he bought his wife a new car. 2 weeks later they laid him off. He had to move hundreds of miles away for a new job while his wife and kids remained in Chicago so his daughter could finish her final year of high school.
