Now I got three big bags of garbage in my garage because some fucking dumb chinks parked there, and didn't fucking move in the morning. Fucking morons.

What does the mayor have to do with anything? Tow company owners are scum and will tow anyone for any reason to make the $150

If it’s permit parking and you call a tow company, they will get towed. The city council does not get consulted anytime a tow truck is called

The city can either lean on them or pay them kickbacks. Depends on how friendly they are. Pittsburgh is corrupt. A few years ago it was so bad they couldn't hide it anymore and even our police chief went to prison.
