If it’s permit parking and you call a tow company, they will get towed. The city council does not get consulted anytime a tow truck is called

The city can either lean on them or pay them kickbacks. Depends on how friendly they are. Pittsburgh is corrupt. A few years ago it was so bad they couldn't hide it anymore and even our police chief went to prison.

If you won’t call a tow company because you assume the city council is paying all of them, then you deserve to have niggers parked in front of your house.

Tow truck owners are private businesses; no, they aren’t all on police payroll to let people stay illegally parked in your neighborhood

Not my house, but in the bike lanes and on the sidewalks. It's all over town. They don't enforce it. I never even see tickets and boots on cars anymore.
