Recently I have discovered that cleaning is relaxing. I got a lot of cleaning and polishing products and started cleaning everything around my home. When something turns like brand new, I feel deep relax and satisfaction by just standing and watching it.

There real secret is that, for those who aren't afraid to break a sweat, any kind of manual labor can be relaxing.
