A gas station with no gas. I was too young to experience the crisis in the early 70s, but it happened today. Gas jumped 50 cents this afternoon, one station near me was a little cheaper and was backed up into the street, the one across the street had no gas.

Lol gonna just grab me a random super fund site that can't be anything but a small lot gas station (if it can be used for anything at all) in perpetuity at the height of the second real estate bubble, I'm sure that will work out.
