Got through the first two times and the Aus feller was not happy with my enquiries. That was over a month ago. The last two times I got an American on the line. Today it was a black woman that refused to tell me who she was! Think they forwarded me to the Feds? They cant arrest me for asking legitimate questions. Right? Am I on the No Fly List now?

What did you expect them to say? You're calling government agents of a foreign country, who are either spies or are working for spies, or at best they are bureaucrats, and you're trying to bait them into admitting that their government is overstepping the line? Not gonna happen.
