Contra Costa County in CA (kommieshitlandia) has shut down another In-N-Out restaurant for not enforcing the death shot status of customers. In-N-Out let it be shut down rather than enforce the idiotic draconian tyrannical practices of the current administration.

So I and my buddies will be celebrating by visiting more In-N-Out Burger restaurants.

I think it is great they are taking a stand like this, but are they doing anything for their employees? The employees don't have a choice and are all of a sudden without a job because of this.

In the case of the first store it was just in one city. I'm sure there is a neighboring store they can work at without too much drive. It's in-n-out, in California. It's not like they have a shortage of them.

A lot of places have been getting leaner with the beef which means they are shells of their former self. I was lucky to live in the region where five guys started. It was pretty good. I can tell the very day they switched to leaner beef. Now it's just a burger.

They had a superior product for just long enough to be worthy of a national presence. The second they got it, wham, 92:8.

What makes you think In N Out's supply chain is anything like McDonald's or Pizza Hut? The reason they're not a national chain is because they don't franchise, so they control every store. They also never use frozen ingredients, which means shit's not packed at some packing plant and stored in plastic for a year. When you deal only in fresh food your supply chain is limited, which is why they can't open a store in an area until they can secure all the necessary ingredients closely enough that they won't need to be frozen.

I could go for a burger right now. I eat burgers everywhere. I’m a burger connoisseur. The best burger I ever had was in Virginia. I still have their business card. I was driving over to dc. I believe it was next to some train tracks. Omg that burger. If I lived in the town I would eat there all the time. Then they had pie. Omfg dude. So good. I’m blanking on the name of the town. They have a minor league baseball team my cousins played on. The braves.

Nice. I love a good burger too. Best burger I ever had was from Lena’s Place - a shitty little hole in the wall down in the old industrial area of San Francisco. I guess that was about 40 years ago. It’s all gone now. Even the street it was on. Well, they built the stadium over it. Heh. That and Fast Eddy’s Restaurant Supply. I miss Lena’s. Lena was quite a gal too.

Let me know the name of the place.

I looked up the team. If you were anywhere close to DC it would have been Norton. There isn't a lot in that town so that could help narrow it down.

My guess is either Woodbooger or The Pub and Tap Room.

I'd like to see Health inspections and ratings made optional. If you only want to eat at government approved facilities, fine, but let me decide for myself. People in California think it's fine to eat corn dipped in mayonnaise left out in the sun all day off an unlicensed cart - that's "ethnic", but they're not risking that B rated Cafe using the wrong brand water heater - that's dangerous!
