The judge didn't do a good job explaining why. So I'm here to fix anyone's confusion and give you a talking point if you encounter one of these idiots. The reason is extremely simple. The three violent rioters are not on trial. They have no presumption of innocence from anyone but the state. The state isn't trying them for crimes. e: because if these 3 violent rioters were to be called victim it would be stating Kyle is guilty of a crime. The state can not do that.

The state and these same crying people then bring up how why can't the call Kyle as a killer, or murderer, or criminal etc. This is even more simple; Kyle has a presumption of innocence. The state can't label him guilty prior to the end of the trial.

I’m glad the three assailants won’t be mislabeled and the victim will have a chance to plead his case.
