If you're trying to cut down drinking I'm gonna tell you what finally worked for me - mix beer and seltzer. 50/50. Soon you will not be able to stomach pure beer. Also you cut your brain off from the instant effects. So you slowly cut through the mental addiction.

Acid does that for me. I swear I can down a case a beer in a couple hours when I’m trippin. The right kind of trippin though. Not trippin super hard but maybe a couple hits.
