Received this one today. It's actually not bad pay for a Grade 1 tech, but good luck to them. I told the dothead that I specifically refuse to apply with companies that have this requirement.

I wonder how long the position will go unfilled before they drop that requirement.

I take that back, the wage is identical, only the covid cert and the detail is different.

I have a position in my inbox from 9/29 with exactly the same description, save the wage is higher and one detail was different (what the person needed, not in regards to duties.)

I'm guessing it's going to be open for a while.

Come on man you're better than this. Really, if you want me to help point you in a good direction, you can DM me. Navigating the self employment world isn't that hard. Finding ways to expand income by yourself isn't that hard and all it takes is a little research and ingenuity.

The email in question is simply a dothead that's using a keyword match filter fron ConREP or Oorwin or something to blast this email to everyone in their database, regardless of if it's a good fit.

I'm not looking for employment, but I still get emails on a daily basis just like this one. This, however, was the first one that mentioned a sheep shot.

However, I'm always interested in hearing about new venues to search for better employment. Feel free to drop any pills you have, I'll listen even if it's not something I can use.

I would more ask first about your skill set and interests. For instance, a lot of people have hobbies that can easily warn them solid side hustle income. Also, most people don't invest or just go to the local corporate brokerage business and that isn't just a waste, it's stupid.
