I've been saying, now is a good time to get back to basics.

Lower your living standards, be ready to relocate for work and be mobile.

Eat better, work on your body and mind. We will need the resistance to be in top shape to weather the storm.

Being a functional alcoholic Ive had money saved and long term food stored for a while. Months worth of "meal replacement" and protein powder, protein and granola bars, dried fruit and roasted nuts, rice, lentils, oatmeal, canned soup, vegetables, applesauce.
