I come out of the gas station and see a guy running around, screaming, and flailing, with one of his arms completely engulfed in fire. At the same time I exited the gas station a cop pulled into the station. The cop jumped out of his car, pulls his gun, and shoots the screaming man until he stops moving. Holy shit! Once things calmed down I approached the cop and asked him why he did that? The cop informed me he didn't have a choice. Any time someone is screaming and yelling, waving a fire arm around, they are required to use lethal force.
