Find an outlet for your aggression. Not online. Create, destroy, doesn't matter

If that's a euphemism, don't do that. It's weak.

If where you are is no good you have to move. Mentally or geographically. Limber up. There's a lot of talk about hunkering down and having 5 years of food and ammo on hand. There's something to be said about being able to pick up sticks and GTFO as well.

I should have been more clear: I meant something like going off-grid. Suicide's not on my mind
