The person who hit me doesn’t have insurance I doubt they have any money. I don’t really want to fucking do it anyways considering it wasn’t her fault. I mean on paper it is. But not really. She just got pushed into me. I’m so sick of this. I do everything I’m supposed to. I do everything right. What do I get for it? What’s my reward? Punishment. A female twit pulled out in front of me and I crashed into her driver's side.
No injuries but both cars totalled. Speaking with insurance company they accepted liability and would payout once the accessory was done.
Weeks pass and no money. I discovered it was because the female twit had lied on her claim by now saying that I hit her because of my driving. The insurance company was now threatening me to pay out for damages.
I emailed them the photos taken of the accident and the next day they paid me.
