My last visit to a doctor was for a yearly checkup. They no longer did anything other than ask me had I thought about killing myself, was my sex life ok, do I want an Influenza shot, do I want a pneumonia shot, and you should be taking blood pressure and cholesterol pills because reasons and we don't care if it won't do anything for you because your condition is hereditary. Are you really sure you don't want viagra and antidepressants and pain pills?

They got rather unhappy that i didn't play ball with them on any of those, and I declined to schedule an appointment for next year.

But now, this new shot comes along and data is starting to get strange. I don't want it because I had the disease the natural way and it was a total non event other than some things now smell weird. Do I care? No.

Where is this going? Soon, I'll be at a point in my life where I'm told that I need MMR and Shingles and Tetanus again.

The medical industry has shown their hand, and I don't feel that I can trust any of them at this point. I've been called an anti-vaxxer because I don't want an EUA injection for something that's not even a concern for someone my age. (No, it wasn't approved in the USA, just a name-brand variant that isn't available yet.)

Do I plan on going to a doctor again? No.

I was called an anti-vaxxer. Well, congratulations. Now I am.

Whose fault is this? Well, mine for the decision. But I lay the blame (or praise) on the ones who called me that for making me really think about what all those shots do and what it means - and why I don't need any of them anymore.

Thank you.

Vaccines are bullshit and have never 'cured' a thing.

Polio went away because we quit putting fucking mercury in kid's mouths.

Less disease? Thank a plumber, not a (((doctor))).

Exactly. All doctors ever were was the drunk at the end of town you called when someone broke a leg or the baby was coming. Everything changed when they sold out to become drug dealers.

Right there with you. I was totally pro vax, pro medicine, pro science, pro collaboration with those in authority fully understanding they are human and just mediocre at their jobs at best.

I no longer trust any of them and I am now an anti vaxxer fully and proudly.

I've been vaxxed because I'm pro vaxx.

However I will never take the Jabb or coldral flu night and day. Because masking symptoms is for cowards

I have NEVER had any trust in doctors. I had Spinal Meningitis as a child. Nearly killed me but I survived with a badly compromised immune system and several other issues. Growing up fucking stupid doctors NEVER got any of my diagnoses correct so I learned to do my best for myself and simply wait till things became acute. I figured when that happened, it would be so pronounced that they couldn't blow it and yet more than once they almost have. In 2013 I went into the ER struggling to breathe. They diagnosed me an anxiety case, doped me up and tossed me in a bed. I woke up later gasping for air they STILL tried to treat me as anxiety. Doctor finally thought he'd "humor me" and looked down my throat. The look on his face was priceless when he realized my throat was closing due to a massive abscess. Fucking idiot almost killed me. FUCK them.

Have similar stories from health issues i was diagnosed with as a kid including them injecting experimental shit into me and figuring out later that there was like a 1 in 60 chance of immediate death from the drug they were using.

Yup these fuckers all think they're God. They SUCK

A 1 minute check and they wouldn't do it. I'd probably have mentioned the word malpractice as I checked out.

Having worked in healthcare for thirty years has taught me to fear docs and the whole system. Not all docs are smart, nor are they insightful nor do many possess diagnostic or clinical skills. A good doc is a rare find. A nigger or Indian doc- holy shite- run!

100% this. When I was in the ICU it was about 2 am. I was in really rough shape and I heard this fucking petulant pussy SCREAMING. NURSE NURSE...GET OVER HERE. LOOK AT THAT. WHAT DOES THAT SAY? It says DOCTOR ,. that means YOU listen to ME. Fucking asswipe, a ward full of people that are near death and this fuck had to have his 2am feeding

yeah I dig that, docs can be real arseholes. Nothing less restful than an ICU. If a patient can bitch about being fed he had no business in the ICU. You can bet they were kissing his arse.

I've loved ones that took it and I'm worried about the microscopic blood clotting.

My doctor is actually fine about no vax and he prescribed me Ivermectin upon my request.

He wasn't wearing a mask and neither was I.

Now the female toe doctor, that's another story.

Doctor: We're going to have to take that toenail off.

Me: Wait, where'd you get that weird last name?

Doctor: Well my folks this, and my folks that, and blah blah.

Me: Okay. But do you want to take the toenail off now? Like as in RIGHT NOW?

Doctor: Yes I will shoot the toe with painkiller and yank it off (the nail not the toe) and you won't even need any pain pill scrips or anything.

Me: Forget it then, I did want some pain pills. (Just kidding I didn't say that. I said I wanted some Xanax. Kidding again.)

Doctor: Well? You're wasting my damn time. (Kidding again, but she wasn't as attractive as I had been hoping but that is beside the point.

Me: I don't think so, maybe some other time.

Doctor: Okay here's my card, lemme know. (More importantly, the receptionist was actually pretty fine you feel me but again that is beside the point.)

The End.

I was always very cautious about going to the doctors for anything. Once youve been a few times, its basically the same thing. "Do xyz and then come back in 2 weeks for a followup so I can hit you with another co-pay." They dont help you, at all.

Ive had all my shots as a kid and after all this BS, I am totally anti any type of injection. Doesnt even have to be a vax. Fuck all of it.

Don’t dr go through some sort of death cult hazing initiation to become a dr. Like skull and bones or ring knickers shit? They’re probably just as brainwashed. They’re human too and they believe their colleagues and upper management (cdc who) are gods.

dude, I was legit about to post almost an exact experience like this I had with my doc. Doc asks me if I had the vax yet... i say no... he asks well do you plan to get it... i say no. A look of disgust comes on his face. I ask him why should i get it? I'm completely healthy, not obese. He spouts off something about healthy people are dying now too. I ask him if he's in favor of forced vac. He proudly says YES. I keep my mouth shut and finish up the physical because I know there's no point in trying to rationalize with people like this.

I started thinking about this more that day. It really bothered me because I guarantee this doc was also one who prescribed opioids like candy back when the pharmaceutical companies were saying they were completely safe, not addictive. I came to the realization that I really can't trust my own doc. I'm going to find a holistic doctor around here. If I can't find one then I probably won't ever go to the doctor again. My grandfather never went to a doctor until he was in his late 80's and his body began dying.

This is my doctor and she will only see me virtually now. She hates me now so im going to see where it goes now that shes scared of me.

[–] 2 pts

Send her a Christmas card this year. The loony bitch will probably bleach her hands after touching it.

[–] 1 pt

It’s a good thing you had that conversation with him. A doctor who doesn’t believe in bodily autonomy, who wants forced vaccinations, is a very dangerous one. Consent laws are a huge part of their job, if your doctor doesn’t understand them get out of there quick.

I guess I'm lucky because my doc didn't bring up the 'rona shit even once.

Any minimal trust has been destroyed here. I'm sure we'll see some whining in a couple years from all these idiots who leave their practice for lack of patients.

[–] 1 pt

Same. And my kids are real happy to not have to get shots anymore, so that’s a bonus.

[–] 1 pt

I went to get an eye exam and the OPTOMETRISTS were ALL pushing the clot shot on me. YOU'RE A FUCKING EYE PRESCRIPTION MONKEY!

[–] 1 pt

Really, even there. That's kind of sad.

I have my annual eye checkup coming in a month, I may skip it this year.
