Estonia is just farms, booze, and money laundering, and is actually not a great place for a test run of anything. Soviet occupation stalled them at about the 1950's level, and the only real social policy has been alcoholism ever since. Estonians like to drink, and hate the Russians. They'll tell you all about that seated in the bar. The money laundering part, that is new, but it is not Estonian. It is Euro criminals recently kicked out of Iceland, and other laundering havens. When they get kicked out of Estonia, and sooner or later Brussels will see that they do, the shiny new office towers will have no tenants, because Estonians have no need of shiny office towers. They need to know the price of potatoes. The smart people of Estonia escaped generations ago, and they have not returned. There is nothing to go back to, even when the land is free.
