It's not every man who accepts the challenge of becoming a better man.

The art of controlling oneself is no simple task for most, for it requires firstly an awareness of self, and many are simply not paying attention at all. Then it requires a deliberate choice of self discipline, which requires an act of will. Yet, through using your will does your will grow stronger, and that is how you become formidable.
