At some point all new tech became about hiding functionality from the end user. Same shit with all the computerization of vehicles. Best thing you can do with a new rig is strip as much of the electronics you can and delete the ECM.

It's really tough now but some things can be removed still. I keep 80's rigs around for that reason. NSA can't turn off a 1st gen 4runner or a 12 valve.

If you got fuel injection you have an ecu. NSA(you know, gov ) Im sure have an emp ability now.
