There's this thing called a vacuum. It has various attachments. One or more of them may be useful in fixing this thing of yours. As for my car, anything that falls down there ends up under the seat, so if it's important I can just reach down and grab it once I'm parked, and if it's some garbage I'll pick it up with the vacuum on it's next cleaning.
