Still going strong in october, everytime a carjacker crashes their vehicle, just happens to be a white person standing there, and now with the "rolling shootouts" where bystanders get hit in nice parts of town. What are the real odds of a bystander getting a stray bullet so often?

It seems like every rolling shootout (about 5 this week. Never one before. Just boom here they are) there is a bystander or two struck. That seems impossible.

These look to me like terror attacks.
