Cant cook out proteins. You'll still get the spike. Just like you cant cook out prions.
Cooking denatures protein...that's half the point of cooking it. You break the bonds of the proteins, changing its physical structure. There wouldn't be a spike anymore, it's shape will have changed.
That's true about prions though, those fuckers are folded in a diabolical way that makes them resistant to denaturing.

Sure but at the same time we have all likely been exposed to the spike anyway at this point. If you caught covid or been exposed to anyone vaccinated. I figure the real danger is your body producing the stuff indefinitely after getting the jab and them floating around as free radicals in your system in large quantities on a continuous basis. Anyway I've been getting my meat from local farm raised cattle from the local butcher. Setting up for a flock of goats and ill just hunt hog and deer to supplement if i suspect even locally raised cattle are being manipulated.
