Chicken noodle with rice. No soy and no odd chemical ingredients. Just things like "wheat, milk, chicken, chicken stock, carrots".

I use lid lifter can openers. Kuhn Ricon makes good ones. Last forever, no cuts, easy to get all the food out. And no food gets on the mechanism.
