The Citizenship Clause;
Granted citizenship to All persons born or naturalized in the United States.
Breaks away from the true method of who and what a citizen was of being a "free White person". Completely ruins the idea of both natural born and naturalized.

The Due Process Clause;
Declared that States may not deny any person "life, liberty or property, without due process of law."
Due to the effect of the above which jewtus has seen to mean that all amendments apply to the States and not just the federal government, States now lose their State rights and ability to create their own laws which would otherwise disagree with federal laws. Yes. What I am saying is that a STATE making guns completely, 100% illegal is fully constitutional, until the (((14th))). You may then call into question my reasoning on outing it as a jew amendment but look at all the other problems it forces on States and rights it takes from States.
Remember;
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
10th amendment
Doesn't work with the (((14th))). The constitution was NEVER meant to apply to the States unless specifically noted within the amendment at hand.
The Equal Protection Clause;
Said that a state may not deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Due to the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2) which makes federal law "the supreme law of the land" coupled with the above make the States the federal government's collective bitch.
How this works;
- State A makes Law that says X is illegal but Y is legal.
- Federal government makes law that says X is legal but Y is illegal.
Due to both the supremacy clause (fed law is supreme) and the due process clause (denying a federal law will be seen as deny a person of "life, liberty or property without due process") of the 14th which allow for the ignoring of the 10th amendment, the federal law takes precedence over the state law. Even within the State's jurisdiction.
This is really fucking difficult to explain.
I get it. But it's so retarded and goes against the actual meaning of the entire constitution and it's writers that I struggle explaining it well.
