I used to have the worst depression. As bad as it gets. I didn’t talk anybody for a year and thought about suicide all day everyday. I knew I wasn’t going to kill myself though I wanted to. I tried therapy, I tried i drugs, I tried drinking, I tried praying. Nothing helped. I had nothing to lose. Then one day it occurred to me start exercising again. So I went the gym with the intent of beating the fuck out of myself. Going till I drop. Guess what? All that bullshit in my head cleared right up. Like magic. There’s no excuse not to. I feel amazing. My dick is hard. I’m covered in the bloods of cats Iv slaughtered in the name of our lord. Give it a shot. Tell me it doesn’t change your life. You can’t be a creature that doesn’t move. It’s not healthy for your body or your mind. If you’re embarrassed or something guess what? Nobody gives a fuck. If they do fuck em. you only get better by puttin the work in. I never thought I would feel this good again

One way to help force yourself to do what you should is to make the gym shower your only shower. You must workout in the morning before work so you can shower. Great way to start the day and put yourself in a good mood to get shit done.

also hydrate and get sun- go for a walk in the sun- D vitamins are good for you.
