I've had similar experiences just trying to get a liquor drink at a legit bar and not a brewery or restaurant. Ditto for the "punk" bars and performance spaces. All of our local music venues do this nonsense now, and because of such, I'm never going back to any of them. Same with any bar or other business that "requires" this bullshit. The lawsuits and/or business model problems will right the wrong over a long enough time line; however, I vote you still rub shit under every car's door handle in the parking lot. If and when everything gets back to normal, be sure to have a very long memory about these things. Remember how shitty the majority of the community is acting and choose to withhold support to those businesses and affiliated peoples. And research the bands, too. They're mostly fucking unoriginal retards at this point.
