Psychopaths are incapable of feeling empathy, they can only feign it, if they are intelligent enough. I mean they physically can not even relate to the experience, just like someone without an internal monologue can't relate to someone with one. It can be biologically inherited, and it can also be induced- so I guess a true psychopath is the inherited one, because it's inherent to them/ their bloodline. Sociopath covers social disorders like Schizoid or Borderline Personality Disorder. Childhood trauma and parental abuse/ neglect often causes severe Social disorders, but if the child is cared for before they reach adulthood (and they are European), they have the capacity to restore those social/ emotional functions.
