Mandatory "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" training is coming our way soon, got the word today. I work in state government, so it's pretty ridiculous we're doing this, considering how state jobs and payscale work. You literally can't discriminate against government employees, based on how everything is structured, so this training is clearly just going to be about shaming white men and creating a darker population of employees.

I've already got a bunch of counter-points to the typical nonsense, but if you've got any real mic-drop arguments, I'm up for hearing them.

Be careful trying to argue against their points logically, you can't change these peoples minds so it's probably not worth it. These people are brainwashed to the point of the nonsense having become their reality and it is also how they get paid so they are protective of it. They are also more prepared on it than you as the subject is their home turf. As Mark Twain said - there's no point arguing with a stupid person, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you on experience.

My tips for this are in order of preference -

  1. When it begins clutch your stomach, say you have to go to the toilet and leave the room. Don't bother going back and just do what you want with your day. I have used this ruse multiple times and it never fails. No one ever follows up on it. Stand up, > "I need to go to the toilet" > walk out of room. Easy.

  2. Pretend you are completely retarded with no prior understanding of their world or what they are talking about. If a particularly obvious double standard or logical inconsistency comes up by all means ask the question, but make sure you appear like a moron and are genuinely befuddled by what's going on. Antagonize them by failing to learn anything from the whole event, not out of malice, but because you just can't put the broken pieces they are offering together. This is not hard to pull off, just remember not to furrow your brow or be argumentive, otherwise they will cotton on that your pulling their leg. The objective is to innocently frustrate them accidentally on purpose. This approach causes them to keep readdressing the same points from multiple directions as they try to get it through your thick skull. With a bit of luck they quickly run out of alternative explanations (because the central premises are flawed) and you sow seeds of doubt in their mind that causes them to have a mental breakdown at 3am in the morning.

Those are the only productive approaches in my view. Sure you can be earnest and try and debate them, but that will be taken as a challenge and mark you out as a trouble maker. You can also be dismissive and laugh at the absurdity of it, or become confrontational. Neither of these approaches is the right move, you don't want to reveal your power level to these people.

Make them doubt. Bend like a reed in the wind. They are an occupying force and you should have a guerilla warfare mindset. It's all well and good fighting for truth, justice and the American way, but look at Jan 6th and how that turned out. These performances are a trap and it's not being paranoid when everyone is out to get you.

The only people you see standing up against this cultural marxism in viral clips at school board meetings on the Daily Wire are house wives (who don't have a job to lose) and based niggers (who have the bigotry of low expectations).

If you're a white man you're better off sitting back and letting these freaks just do what they do. Don't waste your energy on them and certainly not at your place of work where your livelihood is on the line.

I plan to go into it as asking questions and pointing out truths. Basically your second option. I won't act conpletely ignorant, but I'm not going in in attack mode. Patient, polite, but not about to be lied to.

That's the move, I know it sucks but remember; these people employed by diversity, equity and inclusion are obsessed with power dynamics and the one time they have you trapped in a place and time where they have power over you is in these meetings, for them it is like shooting fish in a barrel and you are the fish.

They studied these courses at university just so they could find themselves in this position at this one time so the smart thing to do is not to rile them when they have home court advantage. You will coexist on earth for 80 years with these people and this is the one day when they hold the whip hand over you.

If you want to be really clever about it there is a third option - be a cunning two faced snake about it and deceive them into thinking that you are on their side, that you are a good 'ally'. Find out information about them, put them at ease, lull them into a false sense of security and drill them for intel. They are so arrogant and secure they won't suspect a thing.

The important thing is to not get on their radar and go on a list for 'reducation'. They're looking for people like that. They do make notes, keep files and tabulate lists. But you're a wily fox and can play the game better than them.
