I won't be getting it. My plan, and please do tell me if I'm an idiot or whatever, is to see if I can get some kind of waiver (probably religious) so I can keep getting paid without getting the shot. Failing that, I guess I find a new job.

Malicious compliance. If you've never heard of it, look it up. It's a great way to fight back again overbearing leadership.
