I won't be getting it. My plan, and please do tell me if I'm an idiot or whatever, is to see if I can get some kind of waiver (probably religious) so I can keep getting paid without getting the shot. Failing that, I guess I find a new job.

This is going to be time for hard decisions for many. Be true to yourself however you go forward. Let me suggest:

  • you have a moral duty to protect yourself which is categorically greater than any other obligation including protecting others, and you get to choose what this means to you.
