I won't be getting it. My plan, and please do tell me if I'm an idiot or whatever, is to see if I can get some kind of waiver (probably religious) so I can keep getting paid without getting the shot. Failing that, I guess I find a new job.

I've done the opposite. Last time I tried to leave they were pissed.
