I'm glad she did that and I don't think it changes my point. I mean plenty of guys do what I described it's just more pronounced with women. It's not so much about underestimating their enthusiasm (which they have plenty of!) and more about just understanding that they're not like men and aren't attached to their values in the same way we are.
I could have said the same thing in a way that was flattering to women, but the point I was making is for guys who feel like the whole world is against them after seeing every woman they know parrot the narrative.
