My friend got a job working in a shop environment for Mack Truck.

Today, he and all of the new hires were told "You must either be vaccinated, or be tested for covid weekly and submit your results. Otherwise, you cannot work here."

So what does this say? They're turning up the pressure on the un-shot. This is just an extreme inconvenience. Who the fuck wants to get a Q tip jammed into their sinus cavity every fucking week after putting 40+ hard hours in? How can they do this?

What the fuck happened to HIPAA? Does it just not "count" when it comes to specifically covid?

My friend is asking me what to do. He really needs the job (in a dire situation) but he is absolutely unwilling to bend his principles and take a shot that has fetal cells from a murdered fetus. This is admirable. If just half of the work force had strong principles like this, none of this bullshit would fly. He also has a pretty good reason for not wanting to be tested weekly- he's skeptical, and suspicious, that these Q tips coated in a strange, unknown solution might be contaminated with something.

Any thoughts? There's not really a whole lot he can do as far as I see. Until some lawyers grow balls and start resisting this shit on behalf of their clients, it looks like us wage slaves are at the mercy of our corporate overlords, and it's fucking frustrating.

Really is no choice. The employer has every right to require something like that as a condition of employment. I know Kristi Noem got a ton of flack for her stance on this a while back, but she is correct. Companies are free to require that or not.

If your friend wants to commit fraud, he can get one test, then just change the date on the doc and print it out every week. I do believe they sell tests that use saliva (?), then all he needs to do is spit and not actually touch anything. Not sure if Mack would accept that test or not.

One other thing is, what is done with the results? Does the lab report to the gubmint? If in the future, someone tests positive and it is reported to the gubmint, will they come to that person's door and forcibly quarantine them in their home or an isolated camp?

scary times we live in!

Hey, surrender fag: no employer has the right to mandate an experimental injection as a condition of employment. Nor do they have any authority to force test for something that has yet to be proven to exist. It is spineless pussies like you that have turned this country upside down. Nice work.

it's not about surrendering, so put your dick back in your pants. I believe a baker should have the right to refuse service to a tranny, and any business should have the right to hire only who they want to hire. If I have a Christian business, then it should be my right to only hire Christians. Shouldn't I be able to own a business and choose not to hire fags/trannys/sjws/whatever? Same goes for any business. If the owner decides jab/testing or no job, then they should have that right, but I believe other businesses should also have the right to say only no-vax employees.

Employers should never have the right to stick anything into your body. Period.

there is plenty of work outside this particular job

but i would get the boys in the shop to sign a petition, and stay out of work on PTO/sick leave until mgt changes their mind; or tell mgt I'm taking a sabbatical, parental leave, or something, and see how the next 6 months goes

Hard for a guy on his first week to do something like that.

The only way this changes, is if we stand up and don't comply. Yes, it is hard. Fighting a war is never easy.

Can he find a naturopath or maybe a acupuncturist to help him under the table? BTW, he needs to figure out the cost of these weekly tests...

The ones they sell in the drug stores are 25$ per box.

Print a vaxx card.

It's more than just a qtip up the nose. It's graphene poisoning.

If you want me vaccinated then I will hold you legally liable for ALL vaxx effects, sign here. (No employer in their right mind would sign that)

As for constant testing, refuse faulty PCR test. If you want me to take a test, provide one that does not break quarantine code section 14.1 (sticking anything into your body. If it's a urine or spit test, you can't object, but if it is going into your body, even to draw blood you are allowed to say no) What's that? No such test exists? Well then go the old fashioned way. Ask employer 'are you sick?: Yes/No'

Afraid of "Get the jab or your fired!" rhetoric. Respond with, "If you fire me based on my medical status that is a violation of my freedoms and you could 150,000$ fines. I just started here, I don't aim to shake things up, but I got my hands on a crowdfunded lawyer (this is when they wise up) who won all cases like this before exactly because doing this is unlawful. I understand you want that 100% vaxxed to go on the company, but if you try and push this, you open doors for EVERY employee to do the same."

At home rapid test. Your friend needs to buy some ASAP as there is a shortage and just “submit that”

Unless the company has a specific policy at a certain location just submit the at home rapid test once a week.

Find a more based job I guess? Fucking sucks. My company looks like it might head that direction too. Tell him to start now to find a way to live more self sufficiently, as difficult as it might be. I'd continue to show up to work and force them to terminate me on the spot, and try to get something in writing with a signature or something, then go find a lawyer. Or take the alternative rout that includes tar, feather, and a noose.

He has a son and two daughters. He has no money.

This is how I suspected they'd apply pressure to the un-shot. "No shot? No work for you, have fun starving to death."

[–] 0 pt

Yeah pretty much man. That's a tough spot to be in. If I had children my willingness to take extreme measures would be ramped up through the roof however. He can pack up and move his family to a more conservative part of the Nation. Does he have any other supportive family?

[–] 4 pts

Nope, he's... I guess an "older" millennial? No supportive family, I'm his only real friend that he can count on.

Little tangent... I overheard some older guy talking shit about millennials recently. I couldn't keep my tongue anymore, I told him: "The world's a lot different now than it was when you were in your 20s. When you were in your 20s, you were looking to buy your first house. When we came into our 20s, we were looking to find a way to make it to next week. Don't compare our generations like this- I didn't build this world, I was born into it. You and your generation let things get this way. You raised the people who raised millennials. Any blame lies squarely at your feet."

[–] 0 pt

He has two options. Take the job and get tested weekly or find another job that doesn't require testing. Things are going to get much much worse so be prepared.

RELIGOUS EXEMPTION

A strongly held belief is enough. FIGHT IT.

[–] 0 pt

It's really not. This is a "right to work" state, meaning you can be fired at any time with no reason given.

Some new guy starts at a company as massive as Mack truck, and starts making a fuss? They'll toss him out on his ass, "terminated without reason", rather than risk getting entangled in a legal battle involving religious beliefs.

Corporations/government (same thing, really) have thought this bullshit through. They're going to pester the un-shot using every available avenue until they cave in and say "Fine, just give me the fucking shot". We must not break. WE MUST RESIST THIS MEDICAL TYRANNY AT EVERY FUCKING TURN.

Costco is doing the same thing as of today.
