This is standard operation. The company always refuses to admit wrongdoing but agrees to pay some money, and the scumfaggot lawyers let them get away with it.
I get that, but without it going to trial, we'll never know.
And maybe them agreeing to settle is an admission of guilt .. or it's the above. Who knows.
I haven't heard shit about this until today, so I'm leaning on the side of (((greedy lawyers))).
Always greedy lawyers and greedy companies. Its a scam. They get away with shit like poisoning baby powder with asbestos and then pay a pittance to get off. That encourages more criminal behavior. In a just society the execs would be hanged drawn and quartered on live tv.
