Modern man's diet consists primarily of:

  • Wheat - Bread, pasta, flour
  • Rice
  • Soy - Textured soy protein, soy isoflavones
  • Corn - Corn flour, HFCS

There are little bits of meat and vegetables here and there, but the above is the bulk of it.

Read that list again. It's cattle feed.

And remember that the Hebrew word for cattle is "goyim".

thanks for your reply. my research leads me to those same conclusions. starving the beast to kill it is the best way forward. to do that i am buying land to build a homestead with the aim to be my own boss. this plan must be accelerated as they are accelerating theirs with the vax requirements, etc. Ideally i wouldnt go into debt for a house and land, but having them will enable me many job freedoms and self reliance. i anticipate their inflation to shrink the real debt owed. outside of bartering, trading labor and such are ways you have found to starve the beast?

not using debt

Nah, use it. Be smart about it though. Dave Ramsey is a retard. Why would you spend $250k cash on a house when you could spend like $50k and put the other $200k in to something that gives you 8-12%, so that during your mortgage term you make money with your money? If you do it right five years would get you something like another $150k or whatever. I don't feel like doing the math again. He's right that you do want little debt, but house payments are the exception. You don't want to buy it if you can't afford it, so don't misunderstand; you want to only buy a house you can afford. But using super low (in some cases maybe negative or close to it) interest rates is never a bad idea. Cars are iffy. Does it only cost like $16k to own the car? Fuck it. Just buy it. Are you buying a $50k car? Maybe get a loan. Yeah, it makes you somewhat dependent upon the banking system still, but that won't last much longer. Maybe another five years or so... Besides, it's worth, again, taking the $40k-45k and having it make you money through the term.

Again, the trick is not buying things you cannot afford currently.

I'm guessing this is you asking how to starve it, yeah? Well, you're on the right track. It isn't just about not providing the labor. There are other ways they get your attention, like getting you to spend money on things (find ways to cut down on advertising, so use adblocker and its variations). So you cut back as much reliance on news and trendy neural networks as possible. That starves the population management aspects. You also want to grow your own food where possible, so that limits their control over your diet (if they decide what you eat, they own you, as OP smartly notices). You want to be able to hunt and defend yourself as well. You only really "own" anything you can defend adequately (which... unfortunately, means very little, but outside of the nominal "legal" linguistic doublespeak bullshit, this isn't exactly worth making too big a fuss about). There's more I could go in to, like offloading your spiritual journey to organized cookie cutter thought chambers called "religions" (learn etymology), but maybe that's best for another time.

Again, feel free to ask more at your leisure. Just remember - I'm really dumb and this isn't me offering you advice. This is just my non-expert advice on topics I'm not qualified to help anyone with because I'm really stupid and helpless.
