  • Wheat - Bread, pasta, flour
  • Rice
  • Soy - Textured soy protein, soy isoflavones
  • Corn - Corn flour, HFCS

There are little bits of meat and vegetables here and there, but the above is the bulk of it.

And thats ALL they want you to eat. They want to get rid of meat (except the elites, theyll keep their steak) ranchers are under constant attack, from big factory outfits to small time ranchers free ranging cattle, and hunting is under constant attack. They want a nation of weak soyboys.
