This won't sway those in power, the terrible things that you list are what they are trying to achieve, and in large part succeeding due to the effectiveness of fear based mind control. These bureaucrats are the foot soldiers of the globalists, who have done an end run around the top politicians and instead targeted the bureaucracies to infiltrate with their agents who will quietly go about fulfilling their agenda. If you seek to drive a wedge between bureaucrats and politicians, perhaps a better ploy would be to put out the idea that politicians views are changing.... they are seeing how mad their voters are getting and are looking for someone to blame. The ones who will be given the blame are the bureaucrats. Get it into their heads that their political masters will throw them under the bus at the first sign of trouble (they will anyway).
