I'd recommend Gab.com instead of Poal or Voat for the uninitiated. Gab is more tame and serves to open the person's eyes that there's more out there than just all the leftist trash and then FoxNews. Once they're on Gab for a while then they're ready for Poal/Voat/pol etc.
