Trump had the perfect opportunity to fire Fauci and Blix when they told him that 2 million people would die if we did not lockdown for "two weeks to flatten the curve." Remember that? They used a model produced by the Imperial College in the UK. Well it quickly turned out that the model was total garbage. It didn't stand up to the slightest scrutiny. Fauci and Blix should have been fired for bringing that trash to the President of the United States to make a decision that impacted the whole world. Even if it was not deliberate (it was) they should have done due diligence and re-checked the model by a 3rd party. Trump let them get away with that because he is either an idiot or he was in on it.
