Psych? Some long ago viral shite? Start running you will become a new person. Start slow and let your body adjust to the work and before you know it you will be addicted to running. Caffeine literally does nothing for me.
I have undiagnosed Narcolepsy which the NHS will never admit anyone has. Only around 25% of people that actually have that get diagnosed, and mostly by paying for private healthcare.
Already tried all the useless shit for everything else.
