Uhh, thanks for the TDEE bit. I use Cronometer to input my calories and calculate my bmr. I eat enough protein to maintain muscle but I will now start doing TDEE calculations too.

Protein alone isn't enough to retain muscle. You still need calories. Where they're from is irrelevant but you need the calories.

Why? They're inaccurate as fuck. is how I do it. Just make an excel sheet like that for yourself. Excel is simple as fuck.

is my first day doing this on Sept 10 2019. The difference is quite big.

Holy bacon, that’s a nice sheet. I am upset about coronometer being inaccurate, many people recommended it to me. I’m going to make an excel sheet tomorrow fuck the app
