Being physically fit is the greatest equalizer for the immune system. Especially since it usually goes along with a reasonable clean diet and good supplements.

The only food I eat that I personally don't make are on occassions where I'm at someone else's house and it's their food and time during which it would be rude as fuck to get all "hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr nah ur food is poor food and isn't organic enough for me!!!"
Otherwise I make 100% of my food (so like 98%).

white rice (stay away from brown, the "healthy" meme is a lie, phytates are anti-nutrients) Fish - Tuna (sparingly due to mercury) and Salmon (whenever I want) Very lean (93% and 96% are what I have right now) ground beef, grass fed, no antibiotics. 90% lean Bison Grass fed, no antibiotics 2% or Whole milk. Oatmeal Applesauce Pasta + tomato sauce Chicken Bacon
