- No man's goal should be to "lose weight". Muscle weighs more than fat does.
What boys/men want is a strong lean body. Not a skinny weak one. If you want to change who you are then the only person stopping that from happening is you. Do pushups, sit ups, lunges, squats...not 1 or 2 but build up so you can actually "work out" for 40 minutes or more a day) Not broken up either, I mean 40 minutes straight.
Or you could just get a job that has you do that for 8-12 hours straight of it. Construction and landscaping come to mind as the easiest ways to get that done. But just pack your own lunch (don't relly on shit food like a gut truck or fast food). Yes, it sucks, yes its absolutely worth it. I did landscaping, demolish, roofing, skeletal multi home construction...years ago and when I was in my youth. The only fat bodies you saw on job sites were those that lasted an hour or less, and the "operators" who couldn't get their asses out of a seat.
- "I don't believe a thing you state about eating as I do, what I do. I'm currently at 1827 calories for today and I'm not hungry. I'm going to have to force myself to eat a bit. " Too lean a diet messes with you (if you sweat at all during the day). I saw guys keep a jar of peanut butter in their lunch pails and eat it with a spoon (or their fingers) just to keep their calories up for the day. Of course they were burning a LOT of calories during the day. Maybe something to consider.
