The only food I eat that I personally don't make are on occassions where I'm at someone else's house and it's their food and time during which it would be rude as fuck to get all "hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr nah ur food is poor food and isn't organic enough for me!!!"

Otherwise I make 100% of my food (so like 98%).

white rice (stay away from brown, the "healthy" meme is a lie, phytates are anti-nutrients) Fish - Tuna (sparingly due to mercury) and Salmon (whenever I want) Very lean (93% and 96% are what I have right now) ground beef, grass fed, no antibiotics. 90% lean Bison Grass fed, no antibiotics 2% or Whole milk. Oatmeal Applesauce Pasta + tomato sauce Chicken Bacon

Correct. But I do know it wasn't a virus that doesn't exist. I've been eating less done eggs and bison burgers lately so it could be some foodborne illness. It could just be a simple and relatively common bacterial / viral infection or even just an inflammation of some area of my respiratory system.

When I'm sick unless it's obvious I generally leave it at "yeah so I'm sick.".

My ole ladys daughter got diagnosed with covid 5 days ago. Felt like shit, congestion, bad headache. Today shes a little tired but fine.

I do tepid water to soap up then switch to cold every shower. Also exfoliate daily especially important when ill. Unless I break a bone, never go to doctors.

Same. It's brutal stepping in to a pure cold shower. I put it at (in the dial) like 90% blue 10% red and then turn it down as I shower.

I fast when I"m ill except for water, green tea. I add juice if it goes more than a day.

Well, you're under 45, so that, too, contributes to a quick recovery. Glad to hear you had an easy time of it. I happen to be 45-100. Wasn't hard to recover, wasn't an awful experience, it just hung out longer. And yes, I have a bmi in the not fat range.

I also got a crazy fast acting severe symptoms flu / headache that lasted like a whole 12 hours (single night). Very weird.

I've had flu's get like that a few times, but it's always over a 3-4 day span.
