I am the only person at the company that is not vaccinated. they attempted to bully me into getting the vaccine. i am extremely lucky and grateful that i found a good job as quickly as i did. i let them know today that i would be moving on. they countered with "we would be willing to let you work from home to keep you." i declined.

Honestly, most are ignorant or just scared. The owner that harassed and bullied me is who I report to and he never believed Id find a job and calmly resign. He's a mess. Not my problem.

best thing you could do for yourself. Find an employer that values you or be self employed.

That kind of asshole ends up ruining a lot of good people with their "management style".
