I am the only person at the company that is not vaccinated. they attempted to bully me into getting the vaccine. i am extremely lucky and grateful that i found a good job as quickly as i did. i let them know today that i would be moving on. they countered with "we would be willing to let you work from home to keep you." i declined.

Why not work from home? That seems like a great deal. You can write some software that will do your job for you and go retire while racking in the dough. Or work from a tropical paradise.
