In most states that is brandishing a firearm and illegal. All he would have had to do was call the cops and you would be possibly arrested and your firearm seized. If you really wanted to "pop him" you could have backed up a distance called him a nigger and waited for the chimpout and death threats, once he started to attack you the you may have been legal for protecting yourself.

No, showing a firearm in any manner is illegal in a CC state. Open carry is a different story.

Not in Arizona, you have to draw it. You don't have to point it at them but it has to come out of the holster. Maybe that's the difference, we don't need a CC to use the 2nd.

If you've ever had the joy of riding a subway in any city you've experienced this behavior. Niggers crowd the doors at the station platform and try to push their way in before people can exit the fucking train. I used to enjoy every day plowing into them like a lineman.
