Really, the stingy fucking owner passing on their virtue signalling bullshit back onto the customers. Essentially with sales tax + this fee, your total post bill tax is 20% .... Owner could have just wrapped into the cost, but no, fuck the wait staff, we can add it in as a tertiary cost instead because we despise our customers so much

On the credit card receipt that you sign, leave no tip, write "gratuity included".

Bonus for adding, " would have been 20% had the fucking idiot owner not forced me to tip 10%". Wait staff are in dire short supply. They will go elsewhere.
